High Protein Za'atar Flatbread - Fitten Kitchen

Aren't we all looking for a quick way of making flatbread?

Made with a handful of ingredients, this recipe will make it so you don't have to spend too much time cooking. You can pair it with deli-meats, hummus, cottage cheese, and even peanut butter and jelly.

We made some kind of pita pizza... it was delicious! - Watch this video to learn the instructions, the ingredients were:


  • Whole wheat flour- 1 ½ cups

  • Plain greek yogurt - 2 cups

  • Baking powder - 4 tsps

  • Salt - 1 tsp

  • Olive oil - 3 TBSP

  • Za'atar spice blend - 2 TBSP
